Using ArcGIS for Server, locators access one call tickets in near real-time using mobile devices in the field.  A GIS-based system that integrates with any State One Call Positive Response, has automated ticket filtering and no per ticket fees, clients have reported saving over $30,000 in less than a year after implementation.  Use your GIS data and linked documents to provide even more value for locators in the field.	Using ArcGIS for Windows Mobile, East River Electric distributed over 30 Juniper Mesa units to staff to perform annual pole inspections.  With quick and easy forms to record damages and a SharePoint site to gain an overall view of damages and inspection progress, East River is streamlining the inspection process.	Using ArcGIS SDK for Windows Mobile, the St. Cloud Fire Department is routed from their current location to the incident location before the driver jumps into the seat.  Along with driving directions, staff access real-time permit, license and preplan data automatically all within a centralized application that requires minimal user interaction to access critical data….and fast.

Using iPADs in the field, PWA’s tailored work order management system will streamline the Park District’s workflow and centralize field operations.	The Flex API and ArcGIS Server are used to deliver timely flood stage information to the public. The thousands of users affected by the annual Red River Valley flooding can quickly see when their property and buildings will flood, as well as access critical flood information during flood events.	Esri’s ArcGIS for Mobile Water Utility Template was tailored to meet the evolving needs of the City of Saint Paul Regional Water Services. Real-time GPS tracking, routing, and direct links to internal systems make this mobile application a critical technology for asset management and field operations.

	The MN Pollution Control Agency’s (MPCA) Stormwater Program for MS4s (municipal separate storm sewer systems) is designed to reduce the amount of sediment and pollution that enters surface and ground water from storm sewer systems.   St. Cloud, MN uses ArcPad to define, organize and standardize procedures for stormwater site inspection and maintenance in order to comply with regulations.
