Rural Addressing, E911 Implementation and Centerline Geocoding

For many counties, rural addressing is the base for implementing an Enhanced 911 (E911) system. But rural addressing can be an overwhelming task made up of smaller tasks that are almost equally as overwhelming.

Pro-West & Associates, Inc. (PWA) has assisted many counties with rural addressing. Each county has had slightly different needs and provided different strengths, so PWA has filled a variety of positions. This varied experience has provided the insight for a rural addressing model that incorporates procedures that work well and has eliminated those that do not.
