This session explores the critical role GIS professionals play in developing, managing, and sustaining asset management programs. We'll begin with practical strategies for building a reliable asset inventory, assessing asset condition, and organizing spatial data for long-term use. Attendees will learn about scalable geodatabase design, data governance, best practices, and workflows that support maintenance, capital planning, and reporting.
