MNGIS/LIS has announced the opening of its Spring Workshop series for sign-up. Taking place May 20th at the University of Minnesota’s Minneapolis complex with some sessions being broadcast to allow remote attendance, the day promises a diverse range of classes over the course of 12 hours.

Pro-West joins the bill with two workshops:

  • Introduction to ArcGIS Pro (AM) – Brandon Crissinger, Data Development Manager and Kyle Heideman, Solution Specialist. An introduction to one of the most exciting new tools in geospatial community. We’ll start with an overview of the user interface followed by a demonstration of common tasks and tools. We’ll also cover how to import your previous ArcGIS for Desktop work to Professional. You’ll leave ready to being exploring and using the latest desktop GIS application!
  • Mobile and Operations Dashboard (PM) – Kyle Heideman. We’ll explore the field collection capabilities of ArcGIS Online including Collector for ArcGIS. We’ll show how to plan for and improve your field collection workflows. We’ll also demonstrate how you can monitor the field collection activities with the Operations Dashboard.
