From Chaos to Confidence: Reinventing Parcel Management at Morgan County | Wednesday, May 6, 2026 4:40-5:00 PM | Inchworm
Discover how Morgan County transformed parcel management to restore confidence in data, achieve substantial time savings and deliver more accurate information to constituents with user-friendly GIS apps. Learn about the parcel remap that drove the project, replacing hand-drawn plats and decentralized, error-prone data with accurate data we’re proud to share and a modern environment that facilitates efficient in-house management. Learn why we chose to migrate to ArcGIS Enterprise, explore the public and internal web apps we’re deploying and, ultimately, how we achieved success as a small rural county.
